Jill Veverka

Jill has been riding since 2004, starting with a 550 Honda Silver Wing. Her first BMW was an R 1100 RS followed by two R 1200 GSes and two F 650 Dakars. Although she survived the hairpin curves on the Alps and Dolomites this summer she classifies herself as an intermediate rider. With 200,000 miles on her personal odometer, she prefers a nice gravel road to a set of twisties. She joined the Board in 2022 and was
unanimously elected club secretary.
Jill is a gastroenterology nurse practitioner. “Butts and guts,” she laughs, “and I also volunteer in the first aid station at the rally.” When not riding, she works on organizing things (like our national rally), pursuing her hobbies of woodworking and knitting, and being the world’s best grandmother to twin first-graders.
