This Labor Day weekend, join fellow riders in western Maine at the historic Fryeburg Fairgrounds. Your ticket will ensure access to all rally activities and rally-designated areas including the Vendor Marketplace, rider training track, free seminars and presentations, evening entertainment, tent camping area, and more. IMPORTANT: Your rally ticket does not include the cost of lodging, so purchase your ticket now for instructions to unlock a list of lodging options. General descriptions below.

OFFSITE LODGING: The number of offsite rooms and cabins is limited in this small slice of New England heaven, so we’ve blocked off slots exclusively for BMWRA National Rally ticket holders beginning at $105/night. You’ll receive details in your ticket confirmation email.

ONSITE LODGING: Love to camp? You may choose FREE primitive tent camping or paid RV camping ($55/night max). Slots may be reserved at the time of ticket purchase or later. You’ll receive details in your ticket confirmation email.

Health Guidelines

Traveling and gathering in groups will always increase the risk of exposure to viruses. For our event, we will follow CDC public health safety guidelines as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.

 

Refund Policy

Rally registration fees are refundable if canceled 30 OR MORE DAYS prior to the start of the event. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a voucher for a future rally if the cancellation is due to one of these specific reasons:

  1. Death or hospitalization of the rally registrant or a member of their immediate family.
  2. Declared state of emergency within a fifty-mile radius of the BMWRA Rally location.
  3. Jury duty or summons to appear at court proceedings.
  4. Military deployment.

During the ticket purchase checkout process, we will ask you to acknowledge our event’s Health Guidelines and Refund Policy.
