Camping, Glamping & Hotel Discounts for 2025 Rally Attendees

Stay Your Way: 2025 MotoStoria Rally Camping and Hotels

As you prepare to register for MotoStoria, the BMW Riders Association National Rally (August 28–31, 2025, over Labor Day weekend), in addition to onsite camping, the BMW RA board has secured discounted hotel room blocks across Athens, Ohio, and offers an on-site glamping option.

Onsite Camping

Tent Camping:

Love to rough it? Your rally ticket purchase includes three FREE nights of primitive tent camping!

  • Nearby buildings house bathrooms and showers.
  • CPAP area available; just follow the signs when you arrive onsite.

Note that each camper staying in your tent must buy a separate rally ticket.

RV Camping:

  • Stay in your RV on the rally grounds in comfort at an economical cost! Amenities include RV hookups, electric power, and potable water at each campsite. Dump stations nearby.
  • Cost is $50 per night or $250 for seven nights. The seven night package includes RV camping August 27 thru September 2, 2025.
  • RV Boondocking is FREE but NO hook up to electric, water or dump station access.

*Note that each person staying in your RV must buy a separate rally ticket.

Onsite Glamping

This year’s National Rally has a Glamping service provided by Adv Bound LLC who will provide tailor made tenting accommodations and equipment. The service includes the planning and setup here at the Athens Fairground.
