PS- I had to donate $1000 to the gods to get the weather we had, but my wife takes credit for that

Hello Canada!-  Agree with Randy’s reply.  Glad you are coming and hopefully bringing along a few more from the rest of Ontario & Quebec.  My wife and I were just out there 2 weeks ago in Valcourt, QC for the 10th Aniversary Spyder Fest (she has one).  I’m hoping we will have less less rain, but I know the price of Beer will be cheaper.- Welcome!

As of today we’ve got the following Vendors signed up and still working on more.  Some Vendors have declined due to the MOA Rally being the following weekend out west.

    Mick-O-Pegs                  http://www.ridingiswonderful.com

    Skene Design                 http://www.skenedesign.com

    Renedian Adventures     http://www.renedian.com

    Kermit Chairs                  http://www.kermitchair.com

    Fit Ear                             http://www.fit-ear.com

In addition, the Odawa Casino up the hill from the fairgrounds is helping to sponsor the rally and  has signed on as a Vendor.  Besides promoting their facility, they plan on conducting some fun “table games” and prizes.

We are actively working with Dunlop Tires to promote their new RoadSmart 3 tires and a local motorcycle shop.  Hopefully we will have some special pricing and tire changes available.

Remember its all about riding in a beautiful area and the comradery with fellow BMW Riders around the campsites.  Even though we might be a bit short of our normal vendor quantity this year, we won’t be short of fun and enjoyment.

Update- I’ve just received word from “RA” headquarters that all 15 of the full hook-up RV spots are sold out.  That was fast!  We should have room for an additional 10 or so spots in the parking lot with out hook-ups for $25.  You can get your name on the list by contacting Steeve above or we maybe revising the pre-reg info to allow advanced reservation and payment.

If you need full hook-ups, check with one of the nearby RV resorts.

    Chicken Dinner Update!!!!!

We had a meeting with the Lions Club last week who are BBQing the Chickens.  We need to provide the number of dinners sold by Thursday afternoon of the rally so that they can pick-up the chickens freash on Friday morning.  They don’t want to cook extras as fear of wasted food.

You need to order/pay for your dinners during pre-registration or when upon registering at the rally Thursday.  If you don’t…”No Chicken For You”!
