It was something simple, a small rock got kicked up and wedged between the base of the clutch actuator at the rear of the transmission and the top of the exhaust system. Knocked it out with a screw driver and it works fine now.
The problem: I was riding my 1991 K100RS and when I pulled the clutch lever in to change gears and the clutch stayed disengaged like the clutch lever was still pulled in. There is a bunch of free play in the cable at the lever now. The transmission still has all its gears but the clutch won’t engage, it’s like I still have the clutch lever pulled. The cable is intact and connected at both ends. Almost seems the clutch pushrod is stuck? Any ideas?
