PRICE INCREASES: From 2/15/23 through 8/14/23, early registration tickets cost $60 for members and $70 for non-members. From 8/15/23 through 9/13/23, standard registration tickets cost $70 for members and $80 for non-members. After 11:59pm on 9/13/23, tickets may be purchased in person at the rally's check-in table beginning at noon on 9/14/23—$80 for members and $90 for non-members (day passes will be available on site for $50 per day for both members and non-members).

HEALTH GUIDELINES: While COVID-era risks to participants is minimal as of this writing, traveling and gathering in groups will always increase the risk of exposure to viruses. For our gathering, we will follow CDC public health safety guidelines as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws. Please review recommendations on our info page.

REFUND POLICY: Rally registration fees are refundable if canceled 30 OR MORE DAYS prior to the start of the event. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a voucher for a future rally if the cancellation is due to one of these specific reasons:

1. Death or hospitalization of the rally registrant or a member of their immediate family.

2. Declared state of emergency within a fifty-mile radius of the BMWRA Rally location.

3. Jury duty or summons to appear at court proceedings.

4. Military deployment.
