Scenic Rides

No matter what the weather will be, the surrounding area will be rideable all day long with great views and vistas.  A few miles from the BMWRA Rally resides the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, where the beautiful Pine Creek has carved its way down towards the New Jersey Shore.  Route 414 is a great Scenic Byway heading south to the famous Susquehanna River. Snaking throughout the state are unpaved roads to challenge any GS rider. Thrill seekers can traverse over 80 miles of hard-packed dirt, corners, hills and steep descents in the area.  There are one-lane and two-lane paved roads to reservoirs, state parks, picnic areas, rivers, brooks and creeks. Hike wilderness with waterfalls at Rickets Glenn, find the bridge to nowhere, or go to the covered bridge and country store at Forkston. Rent horses and descend into the Canyon on four legs. Take in Horseshoe curve, find out where the first oil was discovered in America, go to the railroad town of Renovo, or visit the history of the Zippo lighter.  Once you ride the Pennsylvania Endless Mountains, you will want to return again!
