RALLY VOLUNTEERS

A rally does not run without volunteers. This is your opportunity to help out with the rally:

Vendor Registration: Vendor Registration will run Wednesday from 8am until 8pm. You will help register vendors and direct them to their designated spots in and around the Expo Building. On Thursday, you will assist with any late registering vendors along with helping them with tables, chairs, cords, etc.

Black Eagle Shop: This is the RA's one stop shopping for all things RA! You will answer questions, sign up new members, renew memberships and sell RA club store items.

Registration: This is probably the busiest spot at the rally grounds. You will register rally goers, answer questions and direct rally goers to camping areas. If you enjoy meeting and greeting folks, this is the place for you!

Security: Can't have a rally without those folks that ask you to show your wristbands. Security will have folks at the main gate, inside the Expo Building and roving the rally grounds.

Door Prizes: You will take tickets, help draw winning tickets and post the winning numbers.

Wednesday Rally Set-Up: If you want to come in early and help set up this great rally, this is the place. We have several projects along with assisting in most every area of the rally grounds.

Sign-Up Procedure: Review the volunteer schedules listed. If you wish to sign up for a specific area and time, e-mail us, state what you want to volunteer for and time slot. Your name will then be posted on the rally schedule! Clubs: Volunteer as a club for a specific day and time slot!
