Pre-rally shipping

You can send personal items like camping gear ahead of you to the Rally. Please carefully follow these instructions:

All items must be shipped by UPS and scheduled to arrive after June 26, and before July 5th using this address and the “special instructions” line as listed:

Special Instruction: Future until July 5, 2006

Your items will be delivered to the Rally site and available for pickup sometime the morning of July 5th at the UPS counter in the Vendor Building (aka North Expo Building). Item arriving prior to June 26 will be refused and returned freight-due to the original shipper.

This shipping service will also be available during the rally to ship your gear and other items through noon on Sunday morning, the 9th of July.
