CCR 2015 is Coeur d'Alene, Idaho! At the first CCR gathering in 2000, an onlooker called the participants a “Bunch of Curve Cowboys”! The name stuck. These were solo and 2-up touring riders from all over the country who had met on the internet and agreed to have a hotel based meet-up. Touring, rider education, and charity work have continued to be the group’s focus and if these interest you, then you are already a Curve Cowboy regardless of the bike you ride. Although we think of the event more as a reunion than a rally, 30% of our participants each year are new to the group. Interested?
