Death Valley Rendezvous #25

Thursday, February 16, 2017 to Monday, February 20, 2017
Furnace Creek Campground Death Valley , CA
United States
36° 28' 47.3916" N, 117° 2' 8.88" W
California US
Host Chartered Club:

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the "Oldest and Lowest" of all Airhead Rendezvouses, and, as in the previous 24 years, we will brave the unpredictable weather of February to gather at the Furnace Creek Campground in Death Valley National Park on President's Day weekend.  The Furnace Creek Ranch is nearby with a general store, restaurants, saloon, olympic sized spring fed pool, showers, & museum.  Bring your bathing suit for the Sunday pool party. The Death Valley Nat Park visitor's center is also a short walk from the campground.  Whether you decide to explore the park or leave your ride parked for the day - we know you'll have a good time. There are some very nice door prizes and maybe some contests. The event is steeped in tradition, and last year we counted over 100 motorcycles.  We all enjoyed the perfect 80 degree weather in the shady trees with friends old and new.  We hope to see YOU there!

Go to: Airheads.org for more details.

Registration fee:

*        $60 per person if paid by 12/31/16 - Airhead Beemer Club members in good standing

*        $70 per person if paid by 12/31/16-non- members & guests

*        $80 per person paid on-site / at the event

What the registration fee gets you:

*        4 nights of camping (our usual awesome sites have already been reserved)

*        An array of fine craft beers in kegs and all tapped kept icy cold

*        3 meals by Pixton Kempton Moto Catering:

o  Saturday Breakfast

o  Saturday Dinner

o  Sunday Breakfast

*        Friday dinner & Saturday lunch may be available a la carte (nominal charge)

*        Bottled Water

*        Healthy Snacks

*        Large bonfire nightly

*        Priceless memories

NEW for this year:  Early bird arrivals are okay!!  We have reserved a few select sites on Thursday night as well, so if you're a day ahead of the official start time,  we'll have a place for you to set up camp without the hassle of dealing with the rangers, reservations, etc.  We will ask for a nominal fee for the extra night. This event is being brought to you by your Southern & Central California Airmarshals. Registration does not cover your park entry fee, you'll need to take care of that with the Rangers directly.  Contact either of us for additional info and volunteer opportunities.
