Beer! Beer! Beer!- Beer Cruize Update

Asheville BMWRA Brew Tour

Well- while we had many people taking the initiative to setup a micro-brewery Brew Tour during the RA rally, these efforts have caused a “wee bit” of confusion and ended up dealing with more than one tour company…Opps! So we are in last minute recovery mode and after talking to “Rev Willie” of the Gonzo Team and the tour companies; we’ve decided to go with “Asheville Brewery Tours”. http://ashevillebrewerytours.com/

So here is the scoop! Josh at ABT has agreed that they will pick-up and drop us off at the RA Rally Central. No need to ride and drink beer. The tour is scheduled for Friday June, 21(Opps again-my anniversary). Their van(s) will pick us up at 12:30PM.

They will take us to 3 or 4 micros in the Asheville area. At each stop we will get a brief tour and talk about the brews and will have 3-6 samples of 4 or 5 oz. They will plan on getting us back by about 5:00 PM, but if we (as a group) decide we’d like to stay a bit longer at the last stop, they will accommodate!

Josh at ABT has offered us a 15% discount for the RA group!

Here is what you need to do! (2 options).
1- Go to their website: https://my.getinsellout.com/providers/asheville-brewery-tours/skus/friday- mobile-tour/buy?pl=-1
Select the June 21; 1:00 PM tour; enter the quantity, then click on “discount code”. Then enter “BMW15”. Total with disc $46.89

2- Call them directly and have them sign you up and take your Credit Card info. Their number is 828-233-5006 or
Josh at 828-230-1290

I know this is a rush...but it was a great time the last time we were at Biltmore. I've signed up and I know 6 or 7 others that will be!

PS- Send me an e-mail to rockers@centurytel.net to let me know who signed up!

I checked-in with Josh this morning, and after I reserved 2 seats, he told me he only had 2 seats left for the tour. He is checking in with other transportation friend for another bus. Folks that want to do a Asheville brews tour needs to call Josh NOW:bow

I talked with Josh today (Tues.6/18), and there is only 2 seats left for the Cruise. He has some resources to get some more buses/vans, but they are reluctant to rent another bus because the financial risk. If you want to travel on the Brews Cruise, you need to reserve a seat, NOW!

Call Josh @ ashevillebrewerytours.com 828-230-1290, and tell them you want to ride the Brews Cruise out of Biltmore on Friday. The spaces are filling up! If you don't reserve a seat, you will miss a great tour of some very interesting breweries in the Asheville area.

I went on this tour at the last Biltmore rally... well worth the money! Great beer, and great company. You will learn a little more about beer making as well as supporting some small American businesses!
