International Rally Advanced Admission Sales Terms and Conditions

By using your bankcard to purchase advance sales of event admission to the 2018 BMW RA International Rally and/or special event items, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Advance Rally Registration 

This event will occur from July 19 through July 22, 2018, rain or shine. As with all motorcycling events, advance sales of rally admissions and special event items purchased from this web site are understood to be final unless we are notified in writing prior to June 22, 2018. Registrants requesting refunds must do so by contacting the BMW RA Administrator from the email or physical street address given at the time of their registration. You must include your original invoice number, the date of your transaction and the last 4 digits of the bankcard you originally used in order to assure proper credit will be issued. Send your request to the BMW RA Administrator using the contact form on this web site. No refunds will be considered after the above date or after entering the event site during the rally. All advanced sales will end on or before midnight July 8, 2018.

Vendor Booth Registration

To reserve vending space at this year’s event, contact Al Olme at .  All applications and payments MUST be received by June 30, 2018.
